Aviation consultancy services

We have offered aviation consultancy services to governments, air navigation service providers and international airports since the start of this century. The different perspectives have given us thorough understanding of the airport industry.

Our experiences in the airport industry help us to deliver customised and high-quality service to our clients. The portfolio of consultancy services focusses on: airport and environment, airport planning and management, aviation safety and regulation, airport sustainability and aeronautical studies.

If you would like to be educated on any of our portfolio services, we can provide customised training. In addition, we can offer policy advisory, support and advise to your organisation in becoming compliant. Better safe than sorry? Let us review or provide a second opinion.

Over the years, we have developed our experience in managing larger projects. The key to success in these projects involves multi-stakeholder management. We are specialised in bringing such complex, long-term projects to a successful ending within a planned timeframe.

Key services

We have provided our expertise and assistance to airports, governments, airlines and air navigation service providers. Are you interested in learning about the airport and its environment and/or focus on a specific topic from our portfolio of services? We are happy to help and provide you the customised training you need!

National, regional and local governments need to monitor all sorts of topics including aviation. To be able to manage multiple topics, governments might lack deep understanding of the aviation industry. We have experience in providing policy advisory on aviation to all types of governments. Among others, these advisories include implementing international regulation conform ECAC Doc29 and/or introducing the ICAO Balanced Approach.

In some cases, airports or governments need to become compliant to certain national or international regulation, including ECAC Doc29. We have experience in providing guidance and advisory on becoming compliant. We will guide you through the whole process of becoming compliant, advise you on procedures to be followed and support on further research, monitoring or second opinions.

To ensure research and project quality, second opinions are of significant importance. Airport-related decisions are generally sensitive in the current market. Hence, making incorrect sensitive information public can push processes back. Ensuring the research findings are correct, we provide second opinions. We have inhouse expertise and understand the research methodology. Better safe than sorry!

Over the years, we have developed our experience in managing larger projects. The key to success in these projects involves multi-stakeholder management, varying from airports and air navigation service providers (ANSP’s) to governments and their communities. We are specialised in bringing complex, long-term projects to a successful ending within a planned timeframe.
